The Speaker

Brent Jackson is the Executive General Manager for Public Affairs and Marketing at Engineers Australia. Brent has a range of professional experience across the consulting, government and industry association sectors. Brent holds a range of qualifications in the fields of psychology and business, including a PhD from the Australian National University where he examined the organisational effects of generation change, focusing on Generation Y. Brent has authored a range of academic and management articles on managing a cross-generational workforce and has presented to a range of high-profile organisations on cross-generational management.
