Interactive Learning Presentation - Conference Global trends

I recently attended the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) conference in Nashville Tn. As conferencing is an important part of more association’s revenue source, I came away with some fantastic Global Trends is which I would like to share with you.

These being

            -  Creating a movement within your association not just holding a conference

In addition, I have teamed up with Marie-Claire, CEO of ‘The Event Tech Tribe’. They are a collaboration of multiple event technology based companies, which can enhance your workflow and engagement leading up to, throughout and after your event. She is based in Wellington and travels overseas extensively. Marie-Claire has first-hand experience in how technology is shaping events globally.

Conferences, meetings and events are an important functionality of most associations and not-for-profit organisations. These events are used for membership engagement, education and an important revenue source for our organisations. We all need to find ways to engage our members and community.
