Her more recent focus has been navigating the Not-For-Profit sector and successfully supporting Association leaders with strategic marketing planning and change management.

Debbie is a passionate member of the Zadro team and highly focused on assisting organisations achieve their objectives through strategic planning, digital and social marketing, PR and stakeholder relations.

Debbie is a steadfast advocate for sharing her knowledge and expertise across marketing communications and supports organisations in a member-first, customer-first approach.

Jessica McLean

Education: Bachelor of Journalism, BA English and Linguistics 

Jessica was invited to join the Zadro team in January 2016 after a successful internship. A love of the English language and writing has seen Jessica complete two university degrees, a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts (English and Linguistics).

Jessica has enjoyed an accelerated career, as a result of her ‘give-it-a-go’ attitude, she is never afraid to try new things, learn from her peers and take constructive criticism.

Working across all areas of communications, marketing and PR, Jessica is Zadro’s resident ‘go-to-social-expert’ in creating and implementing tailored social media strategies that increase audience engagement and growth.
