We will explore the draft Terms of Reference and take you through what to expect from a major Royal Commission within your sector, including:

  • the nature of the proceedings
  • the powers of the Royal Commission
  • what you can expect from internal and external stakeholders 

We will discuss the cross-overs with the current Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety.

You will come away with:

  • tips on how you can develop your strategy to prepare for engaging with the Royal Commission
  • an outline of what you can expect in terms of legal / policy outcomes following the Royal Commission, including how to understand your organisation’s exposure to potential litigation
