Tony Rossell, Senior Vice President of Marketing General Incorporated, will be presenting insights from the 2020 Membership Marketing Benchmarking Report. This year over 800 associations worldwide responded to this annual survey and shared their practices, experiences, and results.

During this webinar Tony will discuss the actionable findings from the report to improve your association’s membership results, even in a pandemic.

The goal of the report is to help associations better understand what is working in membership recruitment, engagement, and retention. Providing these insights comes from not just cataloguing the tactics of responding associations but through cross tabulating the survey responses against the outcomes that associations achieve. As a result, the report provides guidance on the best practices that correlate with increased new member input, higher renewal rates, and total membership growth.

Tony Rossell, Senior Vice President, Marketing General Incorporated

Tony Rossell serves as the senior vice president of Marketing General Incorporated, in Alexandria, Virginia. A frequent writer and speaker on marketing topics, he is a contributing author to two books, Membership Marketing (ASAE) and Membership Essentials: Recruitment, Retention, Roles, Responsibilities, and Resources (Wiley). He also launched the annual Membership Marketing Benchmarking Report and developed the membership framework he calls the “Membership Lifecycle.”
