The Australian Medical Association (SA) is the peak medical body for doctors in South Australia.
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant plays an important part in defining the AMA(SA) as a highly professional organisation. As the first point of contact for the organisation, the employee must deal with all telephone calls in an efficient, responsible and friendly manner.
Similarly, the employee must deal with all incoming correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
The role provides administrative support to the Executive Assistant for the President and Chief Executive of the AMA(SA).
The successful applicant will need to be experienced in Microsoft/Adobe products as well as be able to set up IT/electronic teleconferencing requirements for meetings.
