We are seeking a motivated humanitarian senior leader with strong people leadership and commercial skills for this well-known and respected organisation.

Based in Wellington, this role is the foremost executive of the organisation. With 100+ years history, New Zealand Red Cross is seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual, a proven inspirational senior leader, commercially astute with the well-developed influencing skills necessary to work effectively at senior levels of government, business, the community, plus the Red Cross Movement. You will bring strong commercial and strategic acumen, experience with change management, the skills necessary to articulate the purpose of the organisation, and a track record of building strong relationships and networks. You will continue to enhance the membership-based organisation fostering humanitarian development and empowerment implementing the organisation’s recently endorsed 10 year strategy.

A strong, committed Board and management team will support your work. Remuneration will reflect the senior level experience that the Board is seeking.
