CONFORM-TRANSFORM is a one-day practical workshop that will:

This interactive workshop will demonstrate how to transform the board of your association. Participants will leave being able to identify key productivity traps and take home the tools that can be used to overcome them.

Speaker Jennifer Pelvin, MBA, F.AICD

Jennifer has been involved in every aspect of not-for-profit organisations for over 30 years. From operational and management services to volunteer guidance and governance, she has been consulting and mentoring in the not-for-profit sector since 2007. Jennifer has held chief executive positions in leading organisations, as well as being a director of Butler Pelvin & Associates. She has a Master of Business Administration (not-for-profit), is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of the Australasian Society of Association Executives. Passionate about sharing her governance experiences she is a great believer in finding solutions that work.
