About the Company
Revise Recruitment has partnered with the Liberal Party of Australia, NSW Division, to recruit a Finance Director.

The NSW Division is responsible for the Party's operations across New South Wales, supporting its organisational activities, financial governance and compliance obligations.

This is an opportunity to join a prominent political organisation in a senior leadership position, working closely with the State Director and key governance committees.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the State Director, you'll lead the Division's finance function, overseeing financial management, reporting, budgeting, governance and regulatory compliance.

This is a broad and influential position combining strategic financial leadership with hands-on oversight of the organisation's financial operations and multiple entities.

You'll work closely with the State Finance Committee, Audit and Governance Committee and State Executive, providing financial reporting, advice and guidance to support informed decision-making.

An important component of the role is overseeing electoral funding and disclosure obligations, alongside company secretarial responsibilities for the Division's related corporate entities.

While previous experience in electoral finance is not required, you'll bring the expertise to navigate complex governance and compliance requirements and quickly develop an understanding of the relevant electoral legislation.

About the Person
You're an experienced senior finance professional who combines strong technical accounting expertise with sound commercial judgement and a practical, hands-on approach.

You'll have experience navigating complex organisational environments, ideally involving multiple entities, with a strong understanding of financial governance, regulatory compliance and company secretarial responsibilities.

You're a confident and supportive leader who enjoys developing people, setting clear expectations and ensuring your team delivers accurate, timely financial information.

Comfortable working with boards, committees and senior stakeholders, you'll bring sound judgement, discretion and the ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly.

Organised, adaptable and proactive, you'll enjoy taking ownership of a broad finance function and contributing to the wider organisation.
