The Times They Are A-Changin’
An outline of all the important statutory changes affecting NFPs and charities

We are currently at maximum capacity. If you would like to be added to our waitlist, please contact AuSAE via info@ausae.org.au

Amidst all the chaos and confusion of 2021, many NFPs and charities have not been made fully aware of statutory changes which have either already been implemented or are going to be implemented in 2022.

This seminar will allow you, in one brief session, to become acquainted with all of the statutory developments affecting your NFP or charity. This seminar will include an explanation of:
  • New laws about virtual meetings;
  • Amendments to fundraising legislation in NSW;
  • Upcoming changes to DGR laws;
  • What you need to know about director identification numbers;
  • What the ATO now expects of NFPs;
  • New case law affecting PBIs; and
  • Other relevant changes.

Time – 8:45am for start time of 9.00am
Finish presentation at 10:00am followed by coffee etc.

Join us in person at our upcoming Executive Briefing Sydney: The Times They Are A-Changin' to find out
 all you need to know on this all important subject matter.
