Jo joined Beaumont People in January 2012, and now has over 16 years' experience in Human Resources and Recruitment having worked with large corporates in both the UK and Australia.

Having developed the Associations & Membership team at Beaumont People in 2013, Jo is now the Recruitment Manager for the team. She is a people-centred leader and speaker who is passionate about the industry and supports associations through professional recruitment, consultation, and education.
