AuSAE - ASAE Annual Meeting in Nashville Tennessee

AuSAE is excited to host a delegation to the 2025 ASAE Annual Meeting in Los Angeles, California in August this year. We are looking forward to sharing a week of connection, learning and discovery.

The ASAE Annual meeting is an association conference like no other – over four days it brings together thousands of Association professionals and industry partners to exchange knowledge, resources, strategies and solutions and of course the opportunity to make new global connections.

INCLUDES:          Conference Registration*, Accommodation (5 nights), Transfers to official events and hosted dinner on Monday evening.

Flights to Atlanta will need to be arranged by each delegate.

Full Conference Access Inclusions:
Access to all learning activities Sunday through Tuesday
Admission to the Association Solutions Marketplace (Expo)
Access to the evening celebrations on Saturday and Tuesday
Transportation between official hotels, the Convention Center, and the venues for official ASAE evening events.

Earn CAE Credits
All education sessions at the ASAE Annual Meeting are CAE-eligible and attendees may earn up to 16.5 CAE credits for attending the conference education sessions. Included in the 16.5 CAE credits outlined above, there are three specific sessions each worth 1 CAE credit in Ethics which is part of the CAE requirement.

Arrive in Nashville – the city of Music and check into your accommodation at the Omni Hotel adjacent to the Music City Centre Convention Centre.

Morning

Use the morning to get into Nashville time and explore downtown. Take a walk down Broadway and take in the sights

Afternoon

We will officially gather for the first time as a group for a casual meet and greet.

Evening

The ASAE Annual Meeting Opening Celebration “Take me to the River”. Conference delegates will be hosted at Riverfront Park for an evening of fellowship, food and Music to kick off the celebrations.

Meeting Day 1

The conference official opening and keynote speakers as well as learning sessions get underway.

Visit the impressive Expo Hall and uncover new solutions for your organisation. You will also see some familiar faces from our partners ASI & Higher Logic.

Join our Partners at their exclusive hosted receptions in some of the best venues in Nashville. For the brave there is a “secret” after party that must be seen to be believed!

A day of learning with sessions commencing at 8.30am.

Return to the final day of the Expo Hall to re-visit vendors and enjoy lunch.

Delegation Dinner - We will debrief the day with a casual dinner and some live music for an authentic Nashville experience.

The final morning of education sessions

To close the conference enjoy a sit down lunch and Awards ceremony.

The closing celebration will be held at the new “Fifth and Broadway” development. Enjoy the evening and bid farewell to new friends with food from local Nashville favourites and live music throughout the evening.
