Rupert Grayston
President, Australian Council of Professions (ACoP)

Rupert is an expert in professional standards and ethics. He is a part-time specialist consultant with Australian Computer Society (ACS), a professional association with over 50,000 members. From 2018 to 2025 Rupert held senior executive and interim CEO roles with ACS. He is also a former National Manager Education for Australian Property Institute (API) and was a senior executive and interim CEO for Engineers Australia for over 10 years.


Professor Deen Sanders OAM

Professor Deen Sanders OAM, is first and foremost a Worimi Giparr from mid North Coast NSW, freshwater/saltwater people. After that, he is a Professor in Law, with PhD’s across multiple disciplines, an Order of Australia, and global recognition as a Systems Thinker and Strategy leader, with expertise in the thorny issues of corporate conduct, regulation, climate, equity, ethics, and humanity's future.

An Independent expert, an academic and Special Counsel for Deloitte, with too many other Board and community roles, he also represents Australian Indigenous leadership in the World Economic Forum as Co-Chair of the WEF’s Global Future Council on Nature.

He is a positive voice for the intersection of Western science and law with Indigenous science, knowledge and culture, and is convinced that respecting Indigenous leadership and knowledge is the basis for a positive future for the nation, humanity and the planet.

Kristen Wydell FCA
General Manager – Professional Standards, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand


Kristen Wydell FCA is the General Manager, Professional Standards at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ). A distinguished member of CA ANZ, Kristen leads a dedicated team focused on upholding the integrity of the CA ANZ designation through proactive communication, education, support, and oversight of members. She collaborates closely with both local and international standard setters in the fields of independence and professional standards, striving to balance the public interest with the practical considerations facing members.

Kristen’s previous experience includes senior roles at EY and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where she was a Partner responsible for audit quality and risk management. She has also served as a member of the Australian Auditing and Assurance Standards Board. In addition, Kristen holds governance positions with Pymble Ladies’ College and Legal Aid NSW, reflecting her ongoing commitment to excellence in professional and public service.
