The Topic

2019 Member Communications Survey: Advice and insights from more than 100 leading Australian Associations

If communications are key to conveying – and proving – an association’s value proposition and delivering cross-departmental impact, then communications and content should be viewed as an important business investment. Interestingly, there is a consistent correlation between an association’s attitude towards communications and whether the association is experiencing membership and revenue growth.

Mahlab, who specialises in Associations communications and publications, just released their 2019 Member Communications Survey. The report covers everything from challenges faced by associations to their approach to strategy, preferred communication channels and the importance of advocacy for members. In this presentation, Bobbi Mahlab will be highlighting some of the key findings, which will be followed by a Q&A with a Senior Executive from a leading Australian Association.
