We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive ARITA’s strategic direction, champion industry reform, and deliver exceptional value to members. This is an opportunity to lead a respected national organisation and influence the future of Australia’s insolvency and restructuring sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Work with the Board to execute a bold strategic vision that aligns with ARITA’s mission and values.
- Advocacy & Representation: Engage with government, regulators, and industry bodies to influence key legislative reforms and uphold professional standards.
- Membership & Engagement: Strengthen ARITA’s value proposition, drive membership growth, and enhance professional education programs.
- Financial & Operational Oversight: Ensure financial sustainability and operational excellence across all facets of the organisation.
- Governance & Compliance: Oversee risk management, regulatory compliance, and best-practice corporate governance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in executive leadership, ideally within a membership, regulatory, or professional services organisation.
- Strong knowledge of insolvency, restructuring, financial services, or commercial law (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrated success in policy advocacy, government relations, and stakeholder engagement at the highest levels.
- A strategic thinker with financial and operational management expertise to drive sustainability and growth.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to unify and inspire diverse stakeholders.
