About the Role
Revise Recruitment is proud to partner with the MFAA to find a proactive, detail-oriented Office Manager and Assistant to the CEO—someone who will play a key role in supporting senior leadership and keeping daily operations running smoothly. Reporting to the COO, this dynamic, hands-on role blends executive assistance, office management, and project coordination, ideal for someone who brings calm energy, professionalism, and a passion for purpose-driven work.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: CEO & Executive Team – Provide high-level executive assistance including inbox and diary management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and acting as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders.
  
Board & Committee Coordination – Support the COO with scheduling and logistics for Board and Subcommittee meetings (up to 10 per year), including room bookings, catering, travel for Directors, and using Board Effect to manage agendas and documentation.
  
Office Operations & Facilities – Oversee daily office management, including supplies, technology support, kitchen tidiness, and readiness of boardrooms. Play a central role in the upcoming office relocation logistics.
  
Event & Admin Coordination – Plan and support internal events such as team lunches, birthdays, and the annual Christmas celebration.
  
Complaints & Conduct Management
 – Monitor and triage reports regarding member misconduct, liaise with complainants, maintain the register, and ensure accurate documentation is referred to the Investigation Officer for review.
  
Project Support & Ad Hoc Tasks – Contribute to small internal projects, provide general administrative support across departments, and work collaboratively to ensure office and team needs are proactively met.
  
Your Skills/Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong diary, scheduling, and travel coordination experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
  • Proven experience coordinating board and committee meetings, including logistics, documentation, and stakeholder liaison
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and act with urgency
  • Calm, collaborative, and adaptable team player with a positive, grounded presence and strong sense of integrity
