The Networking
We invite you to take a couple of hours out of your day to connect with others in the industry to discuss high level topics of real importance, develop new relationships and gain critical information. This is a rare opportunity to network with other CEOs and senior management professionals from charities, associations and other non-profit organisations. Ample opportunity will be given for you to discuss issues and network with others.
The Topic
Caravan Industry Association WA CEO Simon Glossop will share his knowledge and experience of a number of membership based organisations, including not for profit, indigenous and corporate that he has been involved with. Discussing the challenge of cultural change within not only the organisation but also the Board.
Using examples from four membership based organisations, ranging in turnover from $12 million to $500k, Simon will share the processes and activations used to engage existing members, reach out to old and potential new ones while adding to services and benefits to members with the aim of long term retention, and providing some answers to that age old question “why should I be a member".
