Networking Lunch (Perth): Rebranding your Organisation - How to Remain Relevant in a Changing Environment
This event is now closed for online registrations, if you are interested in attending please email events@ausae.org.au.
The Networking
We invite you to take a couple of hours out of your day to connect with others in the industry to discuss high level topics of real importance, develop new relationships and gain critical information. This is a rare opportunity to network with other CEOs and senior management professionals from charities, associations and other non-profit organisations. Ample opportunity will be given for you to discuss issues and network with others.
The Topic
Rebranding can either be ‘Evolutionary’ or ‘Revolutionary’ but regardless of the process, the intention for rebranding is always the same: To differentiate your business or service in the minds of your target market.
In 2015, after 39 years as Arafmi, HelpingMinds was born. This was a considerable undertaking for the SME association and in her address, Debbie will outline the reasons for rebranding, how the executive team led this process, what the process entailed and how the team managed this rebrand using employed resources. Now a year in, Debbie will also share her insights about how this rebrand places their organisation with the changes in the Mental Health Sector.
Join us to hear about the journey HelpingMinds has gone through, and gather insights, knowledge and experience on how to remain relevant in a changing environment.
