Base fee:
  • All prices in New Zealand dollars, unless paying by credit card when it will convert to the AUD dollar amount.
  • This is only open to Association executives in New Zealand

Event Tuesday | 30 June it's all about Conferencing

Held over two days with three 1.5 -hour sessions per day. With each session limited to 45 people.

You can attend all six sessions or just the topic that suits your interest. 

The event will have the ability of people being in attendance virtually

Membership Monday -  Three sessions

10:00 am - What can we all do to increase our associations purpose to ensure membership retention! 

12:00 noon - Why should I join you / Product and services 

    2:00 pm - Diversification of partnership and sponsorship revenue 

      Event Tuesday - Three sessions

      10:00 am - This Practical session – How to do a hybrid event 

      12:00 noon - What is safe: Getting your members back to your events 

      2:00 pm - Your AGM - This is what we did ! 

          Sessions will have a 25 minute speaker, with Q&A then followed by an open Chatham House rules discussion.

          Catering being delivered to the tables during sessions.

          Timings for each Day
          Session 1 Monday/Tuesday (AM tea included)
          10:00 am – 11:30 am $35.00 pp

          Session 2 Monday/Tuesday (Lunch included)
          12:00 (noon)– 1:30 pm $55.00 pp

          Session 3 Monday/Tuesday (PM tea Included)
          2:00 pm – 3:30 pm $35.00 pp
          You can attend all six sessions or just the topic that suits your interest. 

          Venue set up
          Each session will be set up in the hollow square with each chair being 1.8 m apart. Individual catering and refreshments. Venue to consider all precautions and regarding hygiene and sanitation during the event and sessions.
