Major HR workplace law changes explained

Late last year the Government introduced two major pieces of industrial relations legislation. Both the Fair Work Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Act 2022 and the Anti-Discrimination and Human Rights Legislation Amendment (Respect at Work) Act 2022 will take centre stage this year, shaping new and tighter employer obligations for every Australian organisation.

These new laws are the most significant changes we’ve seen in over 10 years – so it’s important that your organisation is fully across them. To help you understand these complex changes, we’re hosting a webinar bought to you by HR Assured, a leading outsourced HR and WHS solutions provider.

To help associations and individuals understand these legislation changes in detail, you’re invited to attend this live online event on Wednesday, 22 March 2023.
