Graham Catt
Chief Executive Officer, Independent Schools Association

Graham has 20 years’ experience leading member-based organisations in sectors including education, business, health, animal health and agriculture.

He is currently CEO of Independent Schools Australia, the national peak body for the Independent school sector. His previous CEO roles include the Canberra Business Chamber, the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia, and CEO Australian Veterinary Association.

Graham’s professional success as a CEO, Chairman, board member and entrepreneur has been supported by the academic pathway of humanities degrees (including a Masters‘ degree in literature) MBA, and executive leadership programs with London Business School & Melbourne Business School.

Graham is a former AuSAE board member and was President from 2016 – 2019, and currently serves on the Board of St John ACT the advisory Board of the Canberra Business School at the University of Canberra.

Donna South 
Director, Membership, Advanced Manufacturing Growth Centre (AMGC)


Donna joined the Advanced Manufacturing Growth Centre (AMGC) in May 2023 as Director, Membership. This role extends a decade of working in membership associations, where her enduring goal has been “to turn every member into a raving fan.” Previously, Donna was Membership Director at the Association of Product Professionals, a start-up organisation and global industry body for product people. Prior to that she was the National Manager Membership & Marketing at Weld Australia (the peak body representing the welding industry in Australia), where she spent eight years running membership, marketing & communications, and events. 

Craig Young, CAE 
CEO, TUANZ

Craig is passionate about the digital technology and communications industry because of the opportunity it offers for improving business and personal lives in New Zealand. He is currently the Chief Executive of TUANZ (the Technology Users Association) which is helping New Zealand make the most of the digitally connected world. TUANZ is an independent member based organisation representing users of tech which educates and advocates for the uptake of digital technology and the improvement of communication services across NZ including rural and regional areas. Over more than 35 years TUANZ has a proud reputation of providing leadership in representing the views and needs of the people and businesses that rely on technology every day. In 2021 TUANZ partnered with MBIE in developing the Digital Boost Alliance, and in his role as CEO, Craig is responsible for leading the work that promotes and manages the operations of the Alliance.

Craig is an advocate for inclusivity, and equity especially in the digital technology sector in Aotearoa New Zealand. He was instrumental in the launch of TUANZ’s future leaders programme, FLINT, in 2016. He is the joint Chair of the Affordable Connectivity Constellation with the Digital Equity Coalition Aotearoa, and a trustee at the 2020 Trust.


Kerrie Green
State Manager QLD, NSW & ACT, Institute of Public Accountants


Kerrie is a dedicated association professional with over 10 years’ experience working in membership organisations. She is currently in the role of State Manager QLD, NSW and ACT, Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). Before joining the IPA she held Senior Membership Manager roles and State Manager positions with the Australian Medical Association QLD, Family Business Association and AuSAE.

Kerrie’s professional success has been supported by her academic journey, holding a Masters of Business in Marketing, and a Bachelor of Business and Economics.

Having worked across member engagement, growth, and experience, Kerrie is passionate about nurturing and growing membership communities, providing value for members and enhancing member connections.
